Hi Blitsy Fans!

Carisa back with you today and I'm really exited about my project today! Watercoloring is a trend that I hope is here to stay because I have truly fallen hard for this medium. One of my favorite things to do with watercolor is create loose, free flowing backgrounds. This canvas is very simple yet beautiful with the watercolor background behind a gorgeous word art rub on from the Prima Marketing Creating in Faith collection. These rub ons are amazing. I love the gold and they are so smooth to release on to many surfaces, including canvases. I was excited to try out the lush Daniel Smith Extra-Fine Watercolors. I picked out some of my favorite colors which include purple and teal. If you only pick up one of these Daniel Smith watercolors as a treat to try out - I would pick out Moonglow. It is so pretty with undertones of blues and teals with the purple. I can't tell you how much I love it - if I could bottle this color in a dye, it would be my dream hair color! haha I think this canvas would look so pretty on a mantel and would make excellent gifts because word art is super trendy and if you are like me and not so great with your own handwriting, using rub ons as pretty as these makes it easy peasy! Let me show you how.
