Hey guys, Kate Kennedy here to share another layout process with you. There will be a supply list, photos, and the video below.

Ellie is our 8 week old golden retriever puppy and I am just crazy about her. I really want to make sure to document all the puppy stages as she grows up and out of them. Documenting stages in life, whether it be a transition you are going through, the stages of childhood or even of you puppy is something that I believe will be far more appreciated when looking back on it. Taking photos is great, and I am big believer it taking lots of photos, but, there is something about pouring your artistic creativity into documenting the everyday. For example, this layout features a photograph of Ellie and her favorite toy … a purple elephant. I know that the lifespan of this layout will far outlive that little plush toy!

I created the background using a stencil, Ranger Texture Paste, and the Prima Mixed Media Watercolor Pencils. Added some layers behind the photo with papers from Amy Tangerine and Dear Lizzy. I love the way the background turned out! I hope you enjoy the video below and have fun documenting your life!!!
