DIY Recipe Book With the Carta Bella Homemade with Love Collection

Posted by Carisa Zglobicki

Learn how to combine elements of the Carta Bella Homemade with Love Collection to make a beautiful homemade recipe book that's perfect for a gift.

Hi Blitsy Fans! I love 12x12 Collection kits! It is the best thing to have all of the matching papers and embellishments all in one ready to go to scrapbook, make cards or mini albums. When I saw the Homemade with Love 12x12 collection kit by Carta Bella recently, I immediately knew I wanted to get it and make a recipe book using a 7Gypsies chipboard album I've been hoarding forever. As a non-scrapbooker, I want to show you that using an all in one collection kit like this one from Carta Bella takes ALL of the guess work out of the equation so you can just have fun crafting. With just a couple standard supplies from my craft room like my paper trimmer, ATG adhesive, Tim Holtz tiny attacher, some dye ink and plain envelopes, this gift comes together in no time - as long as you don't fuss with placement too much like I did. I have such a high affinity for scrapbookers and I have to say quite honestly, I'm kind of hooked! I can't wait to pick up a few more of these 12x12 collection kits and make some cute mini albums and cards. With the holidays just around the corner, I think this recipe book would make such a great gift for friends and family. Let me show you how!
