Hi Blitsy Fans!
Carisa back with you today and I was reminded of one of my favorite art mediums during a recent daily deal event featuring Pan Pastels. I worked with these about 3 years ago and as I received my package I was so excited to pull them out again. First off, they are gorgeous and I love getting a palette of colors that are made to blend together with perfection. Takes the guess work out of what colors to use. You know what I mean, right?! I picked up the Flower Kit #2 which is a gorgeous colors of blues, greens and hello, purple! As I pulled out the pans of color, I remembered an easy technique to use with your pan pastels. Using Versamark or any type of embossing ink you can stamp or use stencils to create amazing backgrounds. That is what I decided to show you today. I even faced my large canvas fear by pulling out my Ranger Dylusions Creative Journal - the LARGE one! Let's get started.
