Tipsy Tuesday: Pin Frogs

Posted by Meghan Quinones

Have you seen these adorable metal pin frogs? Maybe you weren't sure what they were or even what they were used for. Well, they are usually found in the floral department and are used in floral arrangement of fresh flowers in a small shallow container. They also add a balancing weight to flower arrangements. Instead of using your pin frog for a floral arrangement, use it as a mini display for paper goods!

Here are a few ways to use your pin frogs as a display:

  • Take a hint from Jennifer Rizzo and use your pin frog to display all of your favorite cards on a shelf or table.

If you are planning a wedding, you need to see these next two display ideas. They are perfect for adding an extra touch to your tables.

  • The Wedding Chicks used their pin frogs as holders for their place cards. This is a nice way to lift your table cards up off of your table and give them a little more dimension.
  • Keeping with the wedding table idea, the Ruffled Blog used a pin frog to display table numbers. This gives the table a bit of a vintage look. Isn't so pretty?
