These Galentine's Day DIYs are Perfect for Your Party

If you are looking for an excuse to get together with your gal pals to chat, eat, and craft, Galentine's is the day for you! This is the day before Valentine's Day (February 13th) when ladies hang out and celebrate each other; no dudes are allowed. Having a day dedicated to the ladies in your life that you love and treasure dearly sounds like a pretty amazing day if you ask me. If you are ready to kick-back lady style, we have you covered from party decor, card ideas, and a fun crafty project to do with your closest pals!

Supplies:

Heart Wreath

1. Run your heart die through your die cutting machine with your pink paper and red paper.

2. Pop out the center of each heart. Add pink hearts to the inside of your red heart frames.

3. Add hot glue to your embroider hoop and glue down one of your hearts (make sure you get enough glue on the hoop to secure the heart frame).

4. Leave a space and then glue down another heart. Continue this process until you have added all of your hearts.

5. Add a foam square to your extra hearts and glue them in the blank spaces you left.

6. Glue small blue heart embellishes to the center of your red hearts.

7. Add a string around the hoop to hang.

Galentine's Day Card

1. Run your heart die through your die cutting machine

2. Glue the solid heart to the center of your cardbase.

2. Pop out the center of your shaker shape. Peel back the white liner and stick it to your paper.

3. Add your toppings to the inside.

4. Peel back the acetate liner and add your acetate cover.

5. Top off your shaker shape with your die cut heart frame.

6. Cut apart the "Happy Valentine's Day" sticker

7. Stamp a 'G' on a piece of white cardstock and glue it on top on the 'V' on your sticker.

8. Add your stickers below your shaker heart.

Heart Garland

1. Pick papered paper from the 6x6 Heart Throb paper pad. Place your heart die on top and run it through your die cutting machine.

2. Pop out the center heart.

3. Cut out as many hearts as want to get the length you want.

4. Once you have your desired length, punch hole on the sides of each heart shape.

5. Connect all of your hearts using brands.

Love Straws

1. Run cardstock and heart die through your die cutting machine.

2. Run cardstock and 'Love' die through your die cutting machine.

3. Glue the word love to the center of your heart.

4. Add a glue dot to the back of the heart and adhere to a straw.

Goodie Bags

1. Run cardstock and heart die through your die cutting machine.

2. Run cardstock and 'Love' die through your die cutting machine.

3. Glue the word love to the edge of your heart frame.

4. Add a red enamel dot to the corner of your heart.

5. Staple heart to your goodie bag.

Paper Flowers

1. Cut out 4 hearts using the heart die.

2. Use your fingers to curl the hearts, bending it up.

3. Glue the bottom of one heart to another heart bottom.

4. Repeat Step 3 on the other two hearts.

5. Glue one set of two hearts to the other set of hearts, creating your flower shape.

6. Glue a sequin to the middle of the flower.

7. Add hot glue to the back of the flower and glue it to the top of a dowel rod.

DIY Best Friend Shaker Magnets

1. Pop out the center of your shaker shape. Peel back the white liner and stick it to your photo.

2. Use scissors to trim off excess photo.

2. Add your toppings to the inside.

3. Peel back the acetate liner and add your acetate cover.

4. Run cardstock and heart die through your die cutting machine.

5. Top off your shaker shape with your die cut heart frame.

6. Adhere magnet to back of shaker heart.
