How to Add Pages to Your Planner With the We R Memory Keepers Cinch
Learn how to add your own dividers and pages into your planner using the We R Memory Keepers Cinch tool.
As a creative planner, I love making my own dividers and inserts for my planner. I can switch out the insides when I want to try something new. I can customize and personalize it to my needs. I can simply do this by using tools from We R Memory Keepers.

- We R Memory Keepers Cinch Book Binding Tool V2
- We R Memory Keepers Crop-A-Dile Power Punch
- Fiskars SureCut Deluxe Paper Trimmer - 12"
- Webster's Pages Color Crush Personal Planner Leather 6-Ring A2 Binder - Light Teal
- Webster's Pages Make a Wish Collection Pack
- Webster's Pages #Happy Enamel Dots
In my first example, I made dividers for my ring bound planner. I chose coordinating papers from the Webster's Pages Make a Wish Collection Pack. When choosing the order I want my papers in, I start off with a big print design. Next, I pick out a small print design or solid color and then alternate the patterns.
Using my Fiskars paper trimmer, I cut down the paper to size for my Personal Size planner (3.75" x 6.75" inches). I will add on tabs later. The Cinch is a great tool because not only can you make your own notebooks, you can use this to punch out multiple pieces of paper/ cardstock with ease. Up to 20 sheets of copy paper at one time! I strongly recommend testing this method out on scratch paper before punching your actual project.
Set the ruler guide to 1 & 5/16" and push in pegs 1, 4, 8 and 11. Place in the stack of papers and punch by bringing down the handle bar.
Be sure to pull out all pegs before proceeding to the next step. Then, move the ruler guide to 1 & 1/16" and push in pegs 3 and 10, and then punch.
Optional: Laminate your dividers or leave them as is. If you decide to laminate your dividers, the We R Memory Keepers Crop-A-Dile Power Punch is strong enough to punch though the plastic and cardstock. It is a great versatile tool that you can use with any project. Definitely a must have for every crafter!
I embellished my dividers with some enamel dots and stickers from Webster's Pages to really make them eye catching! The goal is to make your planner useful. Making my planner look bright and happy motivates me to use my planner more. You can use the Cinch to easliy punch inserts for other types of planners and sizes (Simple Stories Carpe Diem, The Happy Planner, Heidi Swapp Memory Planner). If you would like to see more tutorials on this, let me know in the comments on which planner you would like to see next! Until next time, Happy Planning & Crafting!
