Guys, fall is just my most favorite season ever. The fall decor is getting out of hand at my house, but I totally don't even care. I just can't stop making projects, because I just love that we finally have cooler weather and beautiful fall colors everywhere you look. Let's just embrace it together, shall we?? ;)

Last week, I threw together this fall inspired embroidery hoop project for my table. I just love how it turned out so much, I had to share. It was so quick and easy to make, and I even got to use my new Minc machine! Here's what you need to make one too:

Heidi Swapp Foil Minc machine

Heidi Swapp Minc Jumbo Words

Minc Rose Gold Reactive Foil

Dear Lizzy 12"x12" Paper pad

Crate Paper Boo 12"x12" Chipboard Stickers

Crate Paper Boo Wood Embellishments

Thickers alphabet stickers

9" Embroidery hoop

Gold sequins

Hot glue gun and glue sticks

Pencil

Scissors

Adhesive dots

Twigs

To get started, first Minc the word “Forever” from your Jumbo Words embellishments using your Heidi Swapp Minc machine and rose gold foil.

After you Minc your jumbo word, you need to attach your patterned paper to your embroidery hoop.

Using your pencil, trace the shape of your embroidery hoop onto your patterned paper. Use scissors to cut it out.

Using your hot glue gun and glue sticks, attach the patterned paper to the embroidery hoop so that the patterned paper appears inside the hoop. Be careful to use a thin amount of glue.

Next, adhere your “Forever” jumbo word to your embroidery hoop using adhesive dots, placing it just above the center of the hoop.

Use your alphabet Thickers to spell out the word “Fall” underneath.

This is the fun part! Next, use your Crate Paper chipboard and wood embellishments decorate the inside of your hoop. Just have fun with what you have! I used a few small twigs from my yard to create a birds nest at the bottom of your hoop. When I was done, I added a few gold dwquins, and voila! Done and ready to hang. I love how the metallic rose gold foil on my Minc word looks so good with my embellishments! Don’t you just love it when your craft supplies collide into something lovely??

Okay, no more fall decorations for me. Promise. Although, I have been wanting to paint a few pumpkins turquoise this year…

Okay, maybe just a few more fall projects. ;)

XOXOXO

Natalie
