Hey DIY jewelry fans! Adrianne here with you today to share a pair of fast and simple earrings using Vintaj brass components. This vintage-style project is fast to complete and uses basic jewelry making techniques, so it's ideal for crafters of every skill level.

Here's what you will need:

  • Vintaj Filigree Round Connectors
  • Earring Wires
  • Jewelry Head Pins
  • 2 - 4mm Jump Rings
  • 2 - 6mm Crystal Beads
  • Chain Nose Pliers
  • One-Step Looping Tool

First, thread a bead onto the jewelry head pin. Using your one-step looping tool, insert the head pin into the tool with the bead snug against the tool. Squeeze the tool gently but firmly and the excess will be cut off while the tool also creates a 1.5mm size loop at the top of your beaded charm.

Next, use the small jump ring to connect the bead charm to one side of the filigree connector. Twist the jump ring open, slip both components onto the ring, and twist it close again with jewelry pliers.

Tip: change the look by choosing other styles of connectors! You'll use the same techniques no matter what shape, size, or colors you select.

Finally, gently open the loop on the earring wire by twisting it open. Add the other end of the connector to this loop. Finish the pair by making a second earring to match!

It's just that simple to create boutique-style earrings at home in the styles and colors you love best! You only need two basic tools to make charms and connect pieces together in any style you like. Thanks for joining me for today's quick project, and I'll see you guys again soon! Happy Crafting!
