I love finding alternative using for common crafting supplies. Can you guys what my wooden sphere's are made of? Did you guess embroidery hoops? Yep, my wooden sphere's are just painted embroidery hoops!

If you are looking for a quick home decor update, this project is for you. These wooden sphere's are a simple way to add character to any table or shelf without breaking the bank. Embroidery hoops are very affordable and EVEN more affordable when you head on over to Blitsy because we have these little puppies on sale right now! Hurry, what are you waiting for?!

Here's what you'll need:

-2 Embroidery Hoops (8 inches)

- 2 Embroidery Hoops (4 inches)

- Black Paint

- Paint Brush

Let's get crafty!

Step 1: Separate all of your embroidery hoops. You should have a total of 8 hoops. Paint a coat of black coat on the inside and outside of all your hoops. Let the paint dry.

Step 2: Take the smaller hoop of one of your 8 inch hoops and put it inside of the other smaller 8 inch hoop. You want them to cross like and "X''.

Step 3: Loosen one of your larger hoops and put it in the center of our other two hoops. Make sure it is center. When it is center, tighten it.

Step 4: Take your other large 8 inch hoop and completely remove the pin to tighten it. Open this hoop as wide as you can and wrap it around the outside of your other 3 hoops. Make sure it is centered. Also check your other hoops to make sure they haven't moved. If they have, just reposition them. Once everything in centered, put your pin back in and tighten your outside hoop as far as it will go. That's it! If you scraped any of your paint why positioning your hoops, go ahead and touch up any spots. Repeat this step with your smaller hoops.
