DIY Button Earrings
l always seem to find myself collecting buttons. Every time I get a new article of clothing that comes with buttons, I throw them into a drawer. I have a TON of buttons in my stash! I have also been known to grab cool looking buttons as I see them. I seem to be drawn to shiny buttons and ones that look a bit vintage. When I saw these 2 crystal looking earrings, I grabbed them because I thought they would make great earrings. Yes, earrings!
Now, you may be asking yourself, "How in the world is she going to turn buttons into earrings?". Well, all you need to do is cut off the loop on the back of your buttons, creating a smooth surface on the back. Then, dab some glue on the back of your earring post and place it on the back of your button. Viola! You have a new pair of button earrings! Yes, it really is that easy!
