Hey guys, Kate Kennedy here to share a video tutorial focusing on hidden journaling. There are several reasons why one would not want the journaling on a layout or project to be front and center. For me it is usually either one of two things.
Design - I want to keep a clean and simple look to the project or there is so much going on that I don’t want the journaling to get lost on the page, and sometimes, there just isn’t space for the journaling.
Storytelling - There are often times when I have a long story to tell. When someone looks at my Project Life or Scrapbook Album, they may just be skimming through and not necessarily looking to read the whole story. Also, there are times when I would prefer someone not read the whole story so tucking the journaling behind some layers or putting it on the back of the project are perfect for those circumstances.
Whether you are looking to preserve the design of your project or keep some of the story private, hidden journaling is the perfect way to just that.
