Blitsy Roundup Featuring Prima Bloom Girls

Posted by Jennifer Snyder

Prima's Bloom Girls, created by Jamie Dougherty, are changing the way people are thinking about stamps and stencils.

I thought I'd present a quick "Roundup" showcasing a few of the projects created by artist, Adrienne Ford and me. These projects cover a range of stamps, stencils, chipboard and embellishments from the Prima Bloom Girl Collection.

Here are some of the Bloom Girl releases. The following images are courtesy of Prima Marketing and can be found on the blog here.

I created this 12x12 layout by pairing the Prima Julie Nutting Doll Stamp with the Bloom Girl Gardenia Stencil and Gardenia Stamp. This piece is for Breast Cancer Awareness with the Bloom Girl image representing Mother Nature. The sentiment says , " Mother Nature is strong, but I am stronger."

I was really moved by the Bloom Girl Free Spirit stamp. She has a special beauty that looks so carefree. I had a dream catcher that used to be in my son's room. I thought it would be a perfect backdrop for this stamp. She is embellished with chipboard from the Bloom Girls collection as well.

This canvas was created by Adrienne Ford. She used the Bloom Girl Free Spirit stamp as well, yet with such dramatically different results from my Dream Catcher piece and her canvas tote, both shown above. That shows how personal and unique each stamp can be from project to project.
