What You'll Need

Pinterest Pin
  1. Your Favorite Inka Gold Metallic Rub
  2. Tags (I'm using Tim Holtz's acrylic tags)
  3. Twine (I'm using Darice's Hemp Cord)
  4. Wood embellishments
  5. cloth

Use a cotton cloth or ink dauber and your favorite Inka Gold. I rubbed Inka Gold Metallic rub in copper to apply the finish onto the front and back of the tag. Allow 5 - 10 minutes drying time. Use your favorite stencil and Inka Gold in a contrasting color on the tag. Allow time to dry. Rub Inka Gold onto your favorite wood embellishment. Use twine to finish off the tag. I love this technique to completely transform your embellishments for an altered look! Attention cardmakers: if you are looking to experiment with altered techniques, Inka Gold is a very forgiving and quick drying medium - give it a try!
