I have a serious love for the Dollar Store. I try to make a point to check out my local dollar store at least once a month (it's usually more than that!). I can spend hours going through each of the aisles checking out all of the goods. I swear, my mind starts racing with project ideas as I see different items. For example, I saw a green microfiber duster and it instantly made me think of a caterpillar. You know, the cute little Hungry Caterpillar kids love? I grabbed the duster to create my own Hungry Caterpillar (project post to come!).
I'm not really sure when the Dollar Store Crafts movement actually started, but it is here and people are loving their Dollar Store craft projects. I am always so amazed at the items people use for their projects and how they are able to transform dollar items into chic pieces. The projects people come up with are truly inspiring!
I was so inspired by all of the Dollar Store craft projects that I decided to create my own round-up post with the projects I love all in one spot! I came across so many unique projects in my search for the best Dollar Store crafts. I ended up narrowing it down to 16 projects. This was very hard since there were so many inspiring projects to choose from. I was blown away by a chandelier that was made out of a wire planter and Mardi Gras Beads! You really have to see this project, it is spectacular! Another project I included in my round-up was a plastic laundry basket that had been transformed into an adorable storage container with dyed rope. You won't believe your eyes when you see this project! Do you want to get in on Dollar Store crafting? You can see my entire list below for more Dollar Store Craft ideas!
