Blitsy Planner Party FAQ


-Is this event by invitation only?

This event is not invitation only. We will be conducting outreach through our website, Facebook Planner Groups and other avenues to spread the word. We want to create a fun space for the local planner community to learn and network with fellow planner lovers.

-Will there be a cost associated with this event?

Yes, the registration fee is $10 per guest.

-Can my spouse or child attend with me?

Yes, planner lovers of all ages and genders are welcome. Just be sure that both you and your guest are officially registered.

-What is the format of this event?

The format of this event will be more of a "structured party." The event will kick off with a giveaway and introduction, followed by our VIP Q&A Panel Discussion. There will be DIY tutorials that guests can partake in, as well as a designated time for games/networking and use of the live-streaming booths.

-Will there be food served at the party?

Yes. We will have complimentary Chicago-themed appetizers for guests to snack on. There will also be food available for purchase at the happy hour.

-Is there anything else that I need to do or bring?

We would love for you to help us spread the word about the Blitsy Planner Party on social media! Be sure to use our hashtag #blitsyplannerparty! As for the party, please make sure to either bring your ticket or your ID, so that we can check you off the guest list when you arrive. Other than that, just bring yourself and your planner!

-What time is Happy Hour scheduled for?

The event will start at 2PM CST and is expected to wrap up around 6PM CST. At this time we will head to Roots Pizza for the Happy Hour. The Happy Hour is optional and open to all guests. It will last from 6:30PM-8:30PM. Food will be available for purchase.

-Is there parking near the Blitsy Headquarters?

There is free street parking in front of Blitsy and on the surrounding streets. Please be sure to check the signs to guarantee that you are not parking in a tow zone.

-What if I can't make the event? Will there be a way to participate from home?

If you are interested in attending the Blitsy Planner Party, but you live too far away or have a schedule conflict, we've got you covered! Blitsy will be live-streaming throughout the event! Be sure to follow us on Facebook and Periscope so that you will be notified of our live updates between 1PM-6PM CST. Catch the Panel Q&A, Sponsor Demos and even a giveaway specifically for our viewers at home! Make sure to tune in and remember - if you can't make it to your computer in time, you can always watch the replays.
