Blitsy.com is a members-only online shopping website for all things crafts. We provide sales at up to 60% off retail. Membership is free.
What products are sold on Blitsy.com and how are they chosen?
Each sale features carefully selected collections of crafts which are available for a limited time. To start, Blitsy will have a strong emphasis on scrapbooking and paper crafts supplies, but will soon offer a wide array of general crafting items.
When do sales start?
New sales start every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at approximately 11AM CST.
How long do sales last?
Most Blitsy.com sales last a total of 7 days. Quantities are limited and items may sell out fast, so we recommend that you check in at the beginning of the sale.
How long will it take to ship my order?
Each item is marked on the product page as well as the shopping cart page with an estimated shipping date. Some items may take up to 7-10 business days to ship. Your order will ship complete once all items from the order are ready to ship.
How will I find out about new sales?
Blitsy.com members receive an email newsletter letting them know about each new sale. You can always modify your email preferences at any time by visiting the My Account page.
How long can I reserve an item for in my shopping cart?
Because supplies are limited, we can only hold items in your shopping cart for 75 minutes. If you don't purchase within this time frame, the items will be made available for purchase to rest of the Blitsy community.
What if an item is Sold Out? Is it gone forever?
If an item appears as SOLD OUT, it means that it is no longer available for purchase from the current sale. However, sometimes a favorite brand will run additional sales later on down the road. If you're in love with a brand and would like to see it featured in one of our sales, please contact us and let us know!
How do I become a supplier on Blitsy.com?
We’re always on the lookout for new suppliers to run sales on Blitsy.com. Please email us at vendors@blitsy.com and a member of our team will get in contact with you.
How can I check on the status of my order?
To view the status of your order: make sure you’re logged into your Blitsy account and click My Account. From there, click on the My Orders link.
What are the payment options at Blitsy.com?
Blitsy accepts payments from Visa, MasterCard, American Express & PayPal.
Does Blitsy.com charge sales tax?
Currently, sales tax applies only to items being shipped to Illinois. Tax will be charged at the applicable county rate and may vary by county.
What is Blitsy.com’s Return Policy?
Currently, all items may be returned within 30 days of receipt. All items must be unopened and returned in sellable condition.
How do I return an item?
You must email us at contact@blitsy.com to obtain a return merchandise authorization before sending back any items. You will receive a response within 5 business days concerning your return.
What are Blitsy.com Referral Credits and how do they work?
Blitsy provides referral credits when members invite their friends to join Blitsy.com. Referral credits are awarded to the referrer when their friends make their first purchases. You can view your current credit balance by clicking My Account. Referral credits for friends joining Blitsy.com are only awarded when a new friend joins using the referring member’s unique referral link or via a sale shared by the referring member. If a referred friend makes a purchase of $10 or more, we will automatically credit your account with $10. Once you’ve received a referral credit, you will have 6 months to use it before it expires.
What if I forgot my password?
Simply go to the Blitsy.com Login page and click on "Forgot Your Password?" Follow the on screen instructions in order to reset your password.
How can I unsubscribe from the sale email newsletters?
If you would like to unsubscribe, you can modify your email preferences by visiting My Account. You will also find an unsubscribe link on our email sale newsletters. And don't worry — even if you choose to unsubscribe, you can still log in to your Blitsy.com account to browse and shop anytime.
How safe is my personal information when I become a member?
Our members’ privacy is our biggest priority at Blitsy.com. Members' data will never be sold to or shared with third-party marketers.
